Welcome to Realm of Hekate.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, visiting our linked shops, purchasing digital products, and purchasing physical products connected to the Realm of Hekate brand.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. About Realm of Hekate
Realm of Hekate is an occult, gothic, and spiritually inspired brand offering sacred designs, digital downloads, ebooks, grimoires, printable products, artwork, and physical merchandise.

2. Website Purpose
This website acts as the main brand hub for Realm of Hekate.
Our digital products may be sold through our Etsy store, and our physical products may be sold through our Printify pop-up shop or other linked sales platforms.
When you click an external shop link, you may be taken to a third-party platform such as Etsy, Printify, YouTube, Pinterest, or another service. Purchases made on those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies, payment systems, delivery rules, and refund processes.
3. Products
Realm of Hekate may offer:
Digital downloads
Printable artwork
Digital grimoires
Pagan planners
Ebooks
Occult-themed designs
Clothing and apparel
Mugs, accessories, and other print-on-demand products
Other gothic, witchy, spiritual, or Hekate-inspired items
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery details may change at any time.
4. Digital Downloads
Digital products may include downloadable files such as PDFs, PNGs, JPGs, ebooks, printable planners, grimoires, artwork, or design bundles.
Digital downloads are supplied electronically. No physical item will be posted unless clearly stated in the product description.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a fault with the file or a legal right applies.
Where required, customers may be asked to confirm that they agree to immediate access to the digital product and understand that this may remove the usual cancellation right for digital content. UK guidance states that digital download sellers must get customers to agree to instant download and confirm they understand they may lose their 14-day cancellation right.
5. Physical Products
Physical products may be produced and fulfilled by print-on-demand suppliers such as Printify or other production partners.
Because many physical products are made to order, production and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, destination country, product type, and seasonal demand.
Please check the product page carefully before placing an order.
6. Orders and Payments
Orders may be processed through third-party platforms such as Etsy, Printify, PayPal, card payment providers, or other ecommerce systems.
Realm of Hekate does not directly store full payment card details on this website.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, email address, delivery address, and personalisation details are correct before completing a purchase.
7. Prices
Prices may be shown in GBP, USD, EUR, or another currency depending on the platform used.
Prices may change at any time. Delivery charges, taxes, VAT, customs charges, or platform fees may apply depending on your location and the sales platform used.
8. Delivery
Delivery times for physical products are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.
Realm of Hekate is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, incorrect delivery details, supplier delays, courier issues, weather disruption, or events outside our control.
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us or the relevant platform where the purchase was made.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
For physical goods, UK customers may usually have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days after delivery, unless an exception applies. GOV.UK states that customers must be told about this right and that faulty, not-as-described, or unsuitable goods may require a refund under consumer law.
However, made-to-order, personalised, or custom products may not always be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Digital downloads are generally not refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a fault with the file or a legal right applies.
If you have a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number, the platform used, and a clear description of the issue.
10. Personalised and Custom Products
Some products may allow personalisation or custom design requests.
Please check spelling, dates, names, images, and instructions carefully before submitting your order.
Realm of Hekate is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong names, or unclear instructions.
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
11. Intellectual Property
All Realm of Hekate branding, designs, artwork, product images, text, logos, digital files, product concepts, and website content are owned by Realm of Hekate or used with appropriate permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, edit, or commercially exploit Realm of Hekate content without written permission unless a product listing clearly grants specific usage rights.
Digital downloads are for the usage stated in the individual product listing. Some products may be for personal use only. Others may include limited commercial use if clearly stated.
12. AI-Generated or Digitally Created Content
Some Realm of Hekate images, mockups, models, artwork, or promotional materials may include AI-generated or digitally created elements.
Where relevant, product listings may include the following notice:
This listing may include AI-generated models or digitally created people used for artistic and promotional illustration purposes. Product designs and artwork are original creations developed for the Realm of Hekate brand.
13. Spiritual and Occult Content Disclaimer

These products are intended for artistic, personal, spiritual, decorative, educational, entertainment, or inspirational use.
We do not guarantee spiritual, magical, financial, romantic, medical, legal, or personal outcomes from using any product, guide, ritual, symbol, design, or written material.
Nothing on this website should be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

This website may include links to third-party websites, shops, videos, platforms, or services.
Realm of Hekate is not responsible for the content, policies, security, pricing, delivery, refunds, or practices of third-party websites.
Please review the terms and policies of any external platform before making a purchase.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may be updated, changed, paused, or removed at any time.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of Realm of Hekate Ltd for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
For customers purchasing in the course of business, and to the extent permitted by law, Realm of Hekate Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
UK law does not permit a business to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, and unfair consumer terms are not binding on consumers.
18. Privacy and Data
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, payment systems, fulfilment arrangements, or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will apply to website use and orders placed after the updated Terms are published. Orders already accepted will normally remain subject to the Terms in force when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract between you and Realm of Hekate Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where you purchase products in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or an order.
Where you purchase as a consumer, this clause does not remove any mandatory legal protections or rights you may have to bring proceedings in another court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
21. Online Wholesale Catalogue Order
Business customers only: catalogue prices and discounts are intended for retailers and other buyers purchasing in the course of business.
Contract formation: an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed or submitted to production.
Prices: whether prices include or exclude VAT. As you are not currently VAT registered, the wording should state that VAT is not presently charged by Realm of Hekate Ltd.
Discount codes: WHOLESALE7 requires a qualifying basket of £60 and WHOLESALE10 requires £120; one code per order; shipping is excluded from the threshold and discount unless Hostinger proves otherwise.
Payment: payment is taken through PayPal, including its debit or credit card facility.
Production: products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers such as Printful.
Delivery: £5.99 is the website shipping charge for the current UK zone; delivery estimates are not guarantees; orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Availability and substitutions: colours, sizes, production regions and fulfilment availability can change.
Errors: you may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, description or technical error.
Returns and faults: define how business customers report damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect goods, including the required photographs and reporting period.
Change-of-mind returns: clearly state your B2B position. Consumer cancellation rights generally do not apply in the same way to genuine business purchases, but the terms must make the business-only nature of the store clear. Specialist B2B terms normally address contract formation, delivery, transfer of risk and title, pricing and payment.
Bespoke goods: customised or approved bespoke products cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun, except where faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Risk and title: when responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer and that ownership remains with Realm of Hekate Ltd until full payment is received.
Liability: reasonable limits appropriate to B2B transactions, without trying to exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law: England and Wales, assuming that remains your intended legal jurisdiction.
